By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

NeuralVox transcribes the audio you upload or link, translates it and generates a new synthetic voice track, subtitles and a transcript. Results are produced automatically and may contain errors in recognition, translation, pronunciation or timing. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing or using them.

During early access, accounts are invite-only. You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

6. Files and availability

Each dub's files are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically; download them before then. The service is provided "as is": we make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but there may be outages, maintenance or changes in the AI providers we use.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeuralVox is not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from the use of generated results. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll notify you by email or in the app. You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time by writing to soporte@neuralvox.app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to your right to contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
